Language Corpora Use in the Teaching of Philological Disciplines and Language Research

The program aims to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and skills in utilizing corpora as a crucial tool for organizing and analyzing linguistic data. It will cover various aspects, including the availability of corpus resources for different languages, with a particular focus on Ukrainian. Participants will also explore corpus structure, markup techniques, and tools for effectively working with corpus data.

One of the key objectives of the progrma is to highlight the practical applications of corpora in modern lexicography, linguistic research, and the enhancement of language teaching. Participants will gain insights into the possibilities of visualizing corpus data and learn fundamental principles for interpreting the results.

Successful completion of the program tasks and project defense will lead to the issuance of a certificate that meets the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

The program is offered free of charge, ensuring accessibility for all interested individuals.
